Stephonia Taylor McLinn joins our team as a seasoned HR and Licensed Benefits Consultant, bringing 25 years of experience in the business consulting arena. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Business Administration, Stephonia has developed a robust expertise in bookkeeping, payroll administration, human resources, and insurance.
Her career has been marked by impressive achievements, including her tenure with the Birmingham, AL city government, where she served under three mayors. Stephonia’s diverse skill set extends beyond consulting; she has also photographed multiple United States Presidents and currently freelances as a journalist for various news agencies.
With her multifaceted background and a keen eye for detail, Stephonia is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Her commitment to excellence and passion for the industry make her a valuable addition to our team.

His extensive experience also includes 20 years specializing in benefits and administration, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of employee needs and organizational dynamics.

Additionally, she is working on the nonprofit Benevolife in hopes to increase connectivity between Christ-centered, life-affirming resources in a multitude of service sectors and have them available to people in need.

Duke’s intensive certification process taught her how to be an authentic integrative health and wellness coach.
Edward Vines, J.D., M.A.
Business Consultant & Business Leadership Development Coach
Edward Vines brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, with a distinguished background in law, counseling, and Christian apologetics. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling from Samford University, a Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law, and a Master’s in Christian Apologetics from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Additionally, he has earned a Professional Coach Certificate from the Fowler International Academy of Coaching.
Edward has served as a District Judge for eight years and a Municipal Judge for two years. He also has five years of experience as a Corporate Chaplain and is a successful mediator with a strong track record. As a current member of the Alabama Private Judge and Mediator Rosters, Edward continues to contribute his legal expertise to the community.
In addition to his legal work, Edward is a passionate author and life coach. He writes a weekly Christian devotion published by over a dozen newspapers nationwide. As the Founder and President of Faith Fortress Ministries, he leads efforts to support an orphanage in India, assist widows with HIV, and provide Christian apologetics training seminars to pastors and churches worldwide. Edward has presented on topics of law, Christianity, and culture in six countries and developed Alabama’s only faith-based legal continuing education seminar for lawyers.
